Customized Item Policy
Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. All custom orders are made specifically according to your provided design, size, and specifications. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before confirming their order.
If your customized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
Eligibility & Timeframes
- Our refund and return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your purchase.
- After 3 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Several goods are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items
When We Accept Returns or Exchanges
- Size or Colour Change – If you need a different size or colour.
- Item Exchange – If the item is defective or damaged.
- Refund – If you no longer want the item and it meets the return criteria.
⚠️ Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
📌 Notification Period: You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the item.
📌 Completion Time: The return and refund process must be completed within 5 days of receiving the item.
The customer must bear the delivery charges for size changes or color deviations caused by the customer’s negligence.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Strictly Non-Refundable: As all customized and personalized items are uniquely made-to-order, they cannot be resold. Therefore, once an order is placed, it is strictly final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
Production Errors: In the rare event of an error made strictly on our part (e.g., incorrect design, wrong spelling, or a factory defect), we will remake and replace the item 100% free of charge.
Standard Delivery: Production and delivery take 8 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Unforeseen Delays: Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather conditions (such as heavy rains or floods) or other acts of nature.
Placing a customized order constitutes your automatic agreement to these terms.
Steps to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these steps carefully to ensure your request is processed quickly:
Step 1 – Send Photos for Confirmation
Send clear photos of the item you wish to return or exchange to our WhatsApp: +94 74 012 9657
Include your Order ID and a short description of the issue.
Wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding.
Step 2 – Ship the Item via Fradar domestic cooria
Parcels must be handed over for delivery as ‘already paid’. Parcels not meeting this requirement may be returned to you.
Once confirmed, send the item through the Fradar domestic to the address we provide.
Make sure the item is undamaged and includes the original envelope and bill from the parcel.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Step 3 – Send Us Proof of cooria
Kindly return the item via Fardar Courier Service as an already paid parcel. After handing it over to the courier, please WhatsApp us a photo of the receipt. We will use it for tracking purposes. You can track your parcel’s status at:
If the parcel reaches the Malabe branch, please inform us immediately so we can arrange collection
Step 4 – Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.
- If an exchange is requested and stock is available, we will send the replacement within 3-4 working days.
Refund Details
- Only the item’s original price will be refunded (shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable).
- Refund times vary by bank/credit-card processor (5–14 business days typical).
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or card company first; then contact us at {your email address}.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {Help@dragongrouplk.com} and send your item to {Dragon store malabe}.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

- Returns & refunds are only processed through the above method.
- We do not offer returns or refunds through any other means.
