Customized Item Policy
Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
All custom orders are made specifically according to your provided design, size, and specifications. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before confirming their order.
If your customized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Eligibility & Timeframes

Our refund and return policy lasts 3 days from the date you receive your purchase.

After 3 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Several goods are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

When We Accept Returns or Exchanges

Size or Colour Change – If you need a different size or colour.

Item Exchange – If the item is defective or damaged.

Refund – If you no longer want the item and it meets the return criteria.
⚠️ Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
📌 Notification Period: You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the item.
📌 Completion Time: The return and refund process must be completed within 5 days of receiving the item.
The customer must bear the delivery charges for size changes or color deviations caused by the customer’s negligence.
Steps to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these steps carefully to ensure your request is processed quickly:
Step 1 – Send Photos for Confirmation
Send clear photos of the item you wish to return or exchange to our WhatsApp: 075 7430 466.
Include your Order ID and a short description of the issue.
Wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding.
Step 2 – Ship the Item via Sri Lanka Post (Logistics Post)
Once confirmed, send the item through the Sri Lanka Post “Logistics Post” option to the address we provide.
Make sure the item is undamaged and includes the original envelope and bill from the parcel.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Step 3 – Send Us Proof of Posting
After mailing, send a photo of the post-office invoice to our WhatsApp.
We will use this information to track your parcel.
You (the customer) can also check delivery status at:

If the parcel reaches the Dehiattakandiya Post Office, please inform us immediately so we can arrange collection.
Step 4 – Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days to your original payment method.

If an exchange is requested and stock is available, we will send the replacement within 3-4 working days.

Only the item’s original price will be refunded (shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable).

Refund times vary by bank/credit-card processor (5–14 business days typical).

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank or card company first; then contact us at {your email address}.
5️⃣ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {your email address} and send your item to {physical address}.
6️⃣ Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
7️⃣ Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Steps to Return an Item
1️⃣ Send Photos for Confirmation

- Wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding with the return.
2️⃣ Send the Item via Sri Lanka Post (Logistics Post Option)
- Mail the item to our provided address using the Logistics Post option from the Sri Lanka Post Office.
- Ensure the item is in original condition (undamaged) and include the original envelope & bill from the parcel.
3️⃣ Send the Post Office Invoice
- After mailing, send a photo of the post office invoice to our WhatsApp.
- A sales assistant will contact you to confirm the return.
4️⃣ Receive Your Exchange
- Once confirmed, we will process your refound within 3 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refun
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
When a customer wants to return the items, he should ship the items he has by post to our address provided by us and send us the tracking number provided by the postal service, and we will refund him on the same day as soon as the customer gives us the tracking number. One will be credited to his bank account.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
